State-Specific Auto-Renewal Laws
California, New York, and Florida have stricter auto-renewal disclosure requirements. SimpleCleanz provides additional disclosures at checkout for residents of these states.
CCPA / State Privacy Law Rights

Independent Contractor Classification
Technicians in California, Massachusetts, and New Jersey are subject to stricter ABC test classification standards. Our contractor relationships are structured accordingly. Labor counsel review recommended.
Sales Tax
Cleaning services are taxable in certain states including Texas, New York, and Connecticut. Applicable tax is added at checkout based on service location.
